This comprehensive package is doing an overland tour from Jakarta to Yogyakarta. Featuring Bogor; the neighboring city of Jakarta, Bandung; the capital city of West Java Province, enjoy riding local train with the local people escorted by the guide should be an experience to ride from West Java to Central Java, also features Wonosobo famous for its Dieng Plateau and then Yogyakarta. The tour will start in Jakarta and end in Yogyakarta.
Day 1: Jakarta to Bogor
Include Lunch at a Local Restaurant and Accommodation in Bogor.
Private Tour Pick-up service at 09:00 at any hotel where you stay in Jakarta.
Seat In Coach Pick Up Service at 09:00 at Hotel Alila Jakarta.
This morning we will do a sightseeing transfer from Jakarta to Bogor. En-route will stop and visit the Sunda Kelapa Old Harbor and in Bogor, we will visit the famous Botanical Garden. After the visit, we will check in the hotel in Bogor.
Day 2: Bogor to Bandung
Include Breakfast in the Hotel, Lunch at a Local Restaurant, and accommodation in Bandung.
In the morning we will have a short leisurely village trekking seeing the daily lifestyle activities and also passing through the rice field. Then continue the journey proceeding to Bandung – the capital of West Java province. In the afternoon visit the Angklung Music School, when the performance available we will see the Angklung Orchestra performance by school children of different ages. After the visit, we will check in the hotel in Bandung.
Day 3: Bandung to Wonosobo
Include Breakfast in the Hotel, Picnic Lunch during the train ride, and Accommodation in Wonosobo.
Today, the way is the reward! You will leave Bandung by train to Kroya (Morning train, Executive Class, Air Conditioning Cabin). Arriving Kroya then continue driving until Wonosobo.
The journey by train across the island of Java is the most relaxed way to explore the island's landscape. During the journey, you have the opportunity to gaze into the distance and watch the little train stations and the life of the locals. Lean back and let the mountainous volcanic landscape of West and Central Java pass by.
Day 4: Wonosobo to Yogyakarta
Include Breakfast in the Hotel, lunch at a Local Restaurant, and accommodation in Yogyakarta.
In the morning will be a half-day to explore Dieng Plateau with interesting sceneries along the journey seeing dramatic Mountain View. The excursion will be visiting Pendawa Lima Temples and Sikidang Crater. After lunch, the visit will be the magnificent Borobudur "the Buddhist Monastery on the hill". Then proceed to Yogyakarta for overnight.
Day 5: Yogyakarta Full day sightseeing
Include Breakfast at Hotel, Lunch at a Local Restaurant, and accommodation in Yogyakarta.
A full-day excursion will be exploring the rich life of Yogyakarta. In the morning will be visiting Kraton Yogyakarta “Sultan Palace”, traditional batik home industry, and Kota Gede the original home of Yogya‘s silver. Also, visit Prambanan the temple of the “Slender Virgin” considered to be Java's most elegant Hindu temple. In the afternoon return to Hotel.
Day 6: Yogyakarta
Your holiday ends with breakfast this morning.
