Java Overland & Train Tour ( Jakarta To Bali )

This package is doing an overland tour from Jakarta to Bali. Featuring Bogor; the neighboring city of Jakarta, Bandung; the capital city of West Java Province, enjoy riding local train with the local people escorted by the guide should be an experience to ride from West Java to Yogyakarta and from Yogyakarta to Jombang Easy Java . We will provide ambience hotel for more impression of the country. The tour will start in Jakarta and end in Lovina Beach Resort North of Bali.

Day 1: Jakarta to Bandung
Include: Lunch at Local Restaurant and accommodation at Grand Preanger Hotel in Bandung.
Pick up service at 09:00 at any hotel where you stay in Jakarta. Leaving Jakarta to Bogor, visit the famed Botanical Garden before proceeding to Puncak where a visit to one of the many tea plantations has been arranged. Following luncheon pass the summer Presidential Palace (1750) at Cipanas and continue to Bandung.

Day 2: Bandung full day sightseeing
Include: Breakfast at Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Accommodation at Grand Preanger Hotel in Bandung.
A full day tour to explore the area around Bandung and the city itself, including a visit to Tangkuban Perahu (which means hulk of overturned boat) a volcano, where we can drive right up to the rim to see the breathtaking view of the active volcano and its smoldering crater. Continue our journey to Ciater with its hot spring of sulfured water, good for healing rheumatism and skin problems. In the afternoon we will visit the Angklung Music School Udjo to see the Angklung Orchestra performance by school children of different ages.

Day 3: Bandung to Yogyakarta (by train)
Include: Breakfast in the Hotel, Picnic Lunch during train ride and Accommodation in Yogyakarta at Hyatt Regency.
Today, the way is the reward! You will leave Bandung by train to Yogyakarta (Morning train, Executive Class, Air Conditioning Cabin). Arriving Yogyakarta directly transfer to Hotel.
The journey by train across the island of Java is the most relaxed way to explore the islands landscape. During the journey you have the opportunity to gaze into the distance and watch the little train stations and the life of the locals. Lean back and let the mountainous volcanic landscape of West and Central Java pass by.

Day 4: Yogyakarta full day sightseeing
Include: Breakfast in the Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Accommodation in Yogyakarta at Hyatt Regency.
A tour to visit the magnificent Borobudur "the Buddhist Monastery on the hill" you will then explore the massive Buddhist temple on foot. Throughout the morning of this Indonesia day trip you will learn about the history of the temple, it’s symbolic design and discovers hidden corners and carvings amid the structure. After lunch you will  get a taste for local life with a horse cart ride through Candirejo village. Known as a ‘dokar’, the local horse cart will take you through this peaceful, charming village. You will travel along small lanes lined with traditional houses and stop to see village activities.

Day 5: Yogyakarta full day sightseeing
Include: Breakfast in the Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Accommodation in Yogyakarta at Hyatt Regency.
A full day excursion will be exploring the rich life of Yogyakarta. In the morning will be visiting Kraton Yogyakarta “Sultan Palace”, traditional batik home industry, and Kota Gede the original home of Yogya‘s silver. Also visit Prambanan the temple of the “Slender Virgin” considered to be Java's most elegant Hindu temple. In the afternoon return to Hotel.

Day 6: Yogyakarta to Bromo (by train and car)
Include: Breakfast at Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Accommodation at Java Banana Bromo.
In the morning we will provide transfer from the hotel going to Train Station Tugu to catch the morning train to Jombang, Sancaka train (Executive Class) departure at 07:30 from. Near midday we will  arrive at Jombang Train Station rejoin the coach and continue the journey to the slope of Mt. Bromo at Sukapura Village.

Day 7: Bromo to Ijen
Include: Breakfast at Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and accommodation at Ijen Resort.
Early morning drive by a jeep to Penanjakan viewing point (2770m) where you can admire the beautiful sunrise and unique view. After sunrise you will continue to Mt. Bromo and ride on a horse pass the spectcular “sand sea”, and finally climbing 296 stair cases to reach the rim of crater. After enjoying the lovely sunrise and view of Mount Bromo, return to hotel for having breakfast. Continue our journey further to the East until Banyuwangi, arrival in Banyuwangi directly going to Licin to reach Ijen Resort for overnight.

Day 8: Ijen
Include: Breakfast at Hotel and Accommodation at Ijen Resort.
Early in the morning depart from hotel to drive about 26 kms to get pal tuding before starting an easy trekking of 3 kms to the peak of Ijen Crater (2.300m), a wonderful sulphur lake with various colour on top of the crater can be visited before going down to explore the coffee and clove plantation. After the visit return to Hotel and the rest of the day will be free at own leisure.

Day 9: Ijen to Lovina
Include: Breakfast in the Hotel, Lunch at Local Restaurant and Accommodation in Lovina.
In the morning will be free at own leisure, have a nice walk to the plantation around the hotel. In the afternoon driving to Bali island passing Ketapang and ride the ferry to cross Bali Strait to reach Gilimanuk. From here we will provide transfer to Hotel in Lovina Beach Resort.

Day10: Lovina
Your holiday ends with breakfast this morning.
