In the morning, we will transfer you to the Bukit Lawang Village at the Bohorok region. We will drive to north-westward for about 3 hours to the destination. Along the way, we will pass thorugh several small towns, followed by vast view of rubber and oil palm plantations, as well as some astounding countryside landscape.
Upon arrival on Bohorok, we will have lunch before we start our journey into the jungle. We will have a little trekking adventure in the jungle for about 3 hours. Steep, slopes, and dense vegetation will bring you an unforgettable excitement of the Sumatra rainforest. Inside the rainforest, you will have the opporutunity to see several species of indigenous flora and fauna. If you are lucky, you might encounter the Orangutans, whether in group or not. You might as well meet with leaf monkeys, macaques, gibbons, siamangs, and abundant species of birds.
Travelers and walkers must be fit, and have suitable large profile shoes.
