Jakarta Colorful Tour

Highlight:

Sightseeing through the Merdeka Square and Presidential Palace, Photo stop at Cathedral Chruch & Istiqlal Grand Mosque, visiting the National Monument, Strolling Around Chinatown, visiting Golden Wisdom Taoist Temple, and visiting the Museum of Bank Indonesia.

This is an interesting excursion of Jakarta, firstly we will drive along the metropolitan sights of Jakarta, passing the Welcoming Statue and the Hotel Indonesia. Then we will stroll around the Chinatown area, walking through the busy streets of the market, including the wet market, and seeing the Chinese Temple and the Fatahilla Square. At Fatahilla Square, we will visit one of the museums with its remaining historical European buildings.

Pick-up service. We will start the excursion having sightseeing through Merdeka Square until we see the Welcoming Statue and Hotel Indonesia, noted as the zero point of Jakarta. A short photo stop will be made for the Cathedral Church and the Istiqlal Jakarta Grand Mosque, uniquely located side by side in the same location.

Continue the excursion to pass by the Presidential Palace, then we will visit the National Monument (until the diorama room). Continue the excursion to Chinatown, where our vehicle will stop and we will start to have a walking tour of the oldest Chinatown area in Indonesia.

Here we will visit the Golden Wisdom Taoist temple, dating back to the 1650s.

The walking tour is to continue until we reach the center area of Fatahilla Square, and here we will visit one of the historical buildings that is now being used as the Museum of Bank Indonesia. Then rejoin our vehicle and drive back to the meeting point to end the excursion.
